Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order with mindfulness and attention to detail. Please allow:
- 1-2 business days for order processing
- Additional time during peak seasons or holidays
Shipping Options
We offer two mindful shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipping)
Please Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes.
Our Return Philosophy
We understand that finding the right therapeutic equipment is essential for your practice or personal wellness journey. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a thoughtful return process within 15 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ceiling & Wall Attachments (once opened)
- Body Awareness products (once opened)
All other returned items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns, clearly stating the product you wish to exchange for. We’ll guide you through any price differences after receiving your return.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Appearance in Your Account: Allow 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
