Do you ship worldwide?
We proudly serve therapists and individuals in 30+ countries! However, due to logistics limitations, we’re currently unable to ship reliably to certain Asian regions and remote areas. Our checkout system will automatically notify you if we can’t deliver to your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from our San Jose headquarters, you’ll receive an email with tracking information:

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return:

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
