The body pillow increases resting comfort for those who sleep on their side, as it relieves the pressure on the back and knees. As a positioning aid, the long pillow can be used like a bedding roll: mould it to the body in the prone or supine position – at around a 135-degree or 30-degree position. The body pillow is very soft and particularly snuggly.
